Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Business Identity

By using this website, submitting a request, accepting a quotation, receiving access, or using a Vinads service, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by VINADS AGENCY | FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the customer or business identified in the request. Information supplied to Vinads must be accurate, current, and complete.

3. Service Scope and Quotations

Vinads supplies managed Meta advertising infrastructure, account access, Business Manager support, budget top-ups, monitoring tools, and operational assistance. Account type, quantity, market, currency, expected spend, fees, delivery conditions, and support level are confirmed in a written quotation or support conversation before activation.

4. Account Access and Delivery

Delivery depends on requested account type, market, quantity, and current availability. Customers may check the agreed account and Business Manager access before completing payment. Access may be supplied through anti-detect browsers, verified proxies, shared credentials, or other agreed methods.

5. Fees, Top-ups, and Meta Tax

Vinads does not charge an initial account setup fee or recurring monthly account fee unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise. Customers pay the agreed budget top-up fee and blockchain or payment-network fees. Taxes applied by Meta or Facebook based on the supplied account country and campaign spend are covered by Vinads and are not charged to the customer under the confirmed service arrangement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for campaign content, products, landing pages, targeting, business claims, legal compliance, and the security of access supplied to their personnel.

• Follow the agreed operating instructions and account limits.
• Keep credentials, proxy details, wallet information, and support-group content confidential.
• Notify Vinads promptly about restrictions, suspected compromise, incorrect balances, or unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate transaction links, TxIDs, or TxHashes when requesting a top-up or refund.

7. Acceptable Use

Vinads services must not be used for unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, malicious software, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement, or activity that exposes Vinads, its providers, or other customers to unreasonable risk. Availability for specialized campaign verticals does not remove the customer’s obligation to comply with applicable law and agreed operating conditions.

8. Restrictions, Replacement, and Balance Movement

Meta may review, limit, suspend, or disable accounts at its discretion. Where replacement is included in the selected plan, Vinads will coordinate a replacement under the agreed conditions. If an account is disabled, the remaining recoverable balance will be withdrawn and moved to another account requested by the customer when technically available.

9. Third-Party Platform Decisions

Meta, Facebook, payment networks, blockchain networks, browsers, and other third parties operate independently from Vinads. Vinads cannot guarantee advertising approval, uninterrupted account availability, delivery results, platform uptime, or a particular enforcement decision.

10. Vinads Extension License

The Vinads extension is supplied exclusively to Vinads customers as a limited, revocable, non-transferable tool for authorized operational use. Customers may not resell, publish, copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or provide the package to third parties without written permission. The extension does not store Facebook passwords, browser cookies, or payment information.

11. Confidentiality and Security

Both sides should protect non-public account, billing, access, wallet, campaign, and operational information received during cooperation. Customers remain responsible for actions taken by their users and for removing access from personnel who no longer require it.

12. Suspension and Termination

Either side may end cooperation at any time, subject to settlement of used advertising spend, applicable service fees, and outstanding obligations. Vinads may suspend access immediately where there is suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, payment failure, or conduct that may harm the shared infrastructure or other customers.

13. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided according to the written quotation and current availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vinads is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, campaign performance, third-party platform decisions, network delays, or events outside reasonable control. Any service-specific remedy or liability limit stated in an accepted written agreement will apply.

14. Changes and Contact
